We come to your venue or backyard, set up the bar, cut the fruit, pour all night and pack everything up at the end. You and your guests stay at the party.

A menu built around your party

The Signature and Elevated levels include signature cocktails you pick with us. Start from our menu, or we'll match your flavors and colors and name a drink after the couple or the birthday girl. Once the menu is set, we send a shopping guide with exactly what to buy.

    Approve your proposal and pay a 50% deposit to hold your date.

  4. Shop

    You provide the alcohol. We send a shopping guide.

  5. We pour

    We arrive, set up and serve. You enjoy.

What does "dry hire" mean?

You buy and provide the alcohol. We bring the bartenders, bar tools, setup and breakdown, and depending on your level, the signature cocktails, mixers and garnishes. You pay store prices for alcohol and choose exactly what gets poured.

What areas do you serve?

Merced, Atwater, Madera, Chowchilla and Turlock. Events outside Merced and Atwater have a small travel fee.

How far ahead should I book?

3 to 4 weeks before your event.

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit holds your date once you approve your proposal.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your event details: guest count, level and location. Send an inquiry and we'll reply with a quote.

How much alcohol should I buy?

We send an alcohol shopping guide based on your guest count and menu.

Do I need to buy mixers?

With the Essential level you provide the alcohol and mixers. With Signature and Elevated you provide only the alcohol.

How many bartenders come?

One for The Vida, or two at the Signature level and up. The Amor and The Siempre come with two.
